We started with complete demolition inside each room, creating spacious and light-filled spaces that reflect the building’s historic elegance. We then carried out a thorough reconstruction, creating a new layout that meets modern requirements without compromising the original architecture's authenticity. To ensure comfort and functionality, we performed a complete upgrade of the mechanical and electrical systems, using cutting-edge solutions to guarantee safety and energy efficiency. The new Venetian-style floor and parquet flooring lend a timeless elegance to the living spaces, while high-quality painting and new marmorino walls create refined and cozy interiors. The installation of new portals and fine marble cladding added prestige to the spaces, while the restoration and cleaning of stone surfaces preserved the authenticity and beauty of the original materials.
