Construction of septic tanks

As a construction company, we construct waterproofed concrete septic tanks consisting of three settling chambers, using Rck 425 concrete that guarantees optimal tightness and durability. The professional execution of the work prevents the sewage from leaking into the ground, protecting the surrounding environment, and enables the appropriate wastewater treatment to be activated before discharge into the city sewer system.

The work process proceeds in well-defined stages:

• excavations, for which we draw on the advice and collaboration of qualified archaeologists, to protect the structure of the building, prevent ground subsidence and avert any critical situations that might occur during the operation;
• foundation casting, to create a solid concrete base for the septic tank;
• construction of the walls of the septic tank in concrete, through precise pours and a system based on wooden formwork and wire mesh;
• vibration of the concrete, to compact the material and avoid imperfections in the consistency;
• construction of the partition walls and cover, equipped with watertight stainless steel manholes, to direct the flow of wastewater and prevent odours from escaping.

To complete the work, in order to maintain the high architectural standards of the building, any type of insulation can then be laid, including a floor or screed, with classic or fine materials.
