We can carry out structural improvement and consolidation works to restore, renovate, modify, extend spaces or invest in the safety of the building, fixing or preventing damage caused by time, humidity, the action of sea water and weather conditions. We carry out façade renovation, re-roofing and building works, high tide pools and septic tanks, including any demolition work and the disposal of construction waste at the end of any work carried out.
We undertake structural work as well as customised aesthetic interventions. We carry out valuable finishes for exteriors and interiors (such as marmorini, Venetian stucco and shaved lime), delivering the client a completely restored and finished property, respecting the agreed canons of beauty and using only materials of the highest level.

As an integral part of our renovation and restoration activities, we take care of all ordinary and extraordinary building maintenance works.
These include, among others, the repair, renovation and replacement of interior and exterior finishes, decorative elements, guttering (gutters and downpipes), high tide pools and septic tanks.
It also includes modernisation or construction work necessary, for example, to ensure access to the building or its usability; or the efficiency of existing technological systems, their adaptation to the standard or the integration of new ones
