Radical demolition and reconstruction work can also involve load-bearing walls in an advanced state of deterioration or damaged roofs that jeopardise the safety of the building. In fact, we also undertake consolidation and static reinforcement works, as well as the modernisation of sewer lines and high tide pools.
All while preserving the quality and aesthetic value of the internal or external historical and artistic pre-existences protected by the Superintendence of Environmental Heritage.
In the case of turnkey renovation of hotels and non-hotel structures, we also take care of all the bureaucratic paperwork required by law.
