A fine work

On the ground floor, demolition and reconstruction work was carried out to build a new marble staircase, while a modern septic tank was installed to ensure efficient and modern sewage system. The Piano nobile saw the restoration of the beautiful Venetian-style floor, using artisanal methods to preserve its authenticity. Damaged plasterwork and marmorino walls were repaired, marble floors and wall coverings were replaced, and new plasterboard structures were installed, completing all interior finishes. The upgrading of the sewage system on the ground floor was carried out with extreme care, removing the existing marble floor to make way for the new septic tank. Through the implementation of a vibrating system, the required volumes were reduced, ensuring efficiency while respecting the historical setting of the palace. The septic tank, now expanded to 13 cubic metres, includes a sludge homogenization system and lifting pumps, ensuring optimal and sustainable operation over time. This extraordinary project has restored the noble floor of the palace on the Canal Grande to its former magnificence, perfectly balancing tradition and modernity.
