Paul & Shark Store, San Marco (Venice)

The intervention involved several phases, including appropriate demolitions to create more functional spaces, reinforcement of load-bearing walls to ensure the building's structural stability, and the complete refurbishment of systems to ensure efficiency and safety. On the ground floor, the flooring was replaced to create a welcoming and modern environment, while on the first floor, the wooden floors were carefully restored, preserving their original appearance and character. Drywall structures were also created to optimize spaces and ensure optimal internal distribution. Lastly, interior plaster was demolished and finished to enhance the building’s overall appearance. This intervention transformed the Paul & Shark Store into a modern and welcoming space where design and functionality come together to offer a unique shopping experience in the heart of Venice.
