Impresa Costruzioni Bergamo has been active for over 45 years in the Venetian building redevelopment sector, carrying out renovation and conservative restoration work on prestigious buildings in the Lagoon.
We work with architects and planners for the complete renovation of the building's interiors and structural components with construction, demolition, fitting out and dismantling of elements and installations. We also undertake static consolidation with reinforcement and replacement works, from the foundations to the roof.
In the case of historic or listed buildings, where it is necessary to ensure that the original appearance remains unaltered, we adopt innovative restoration and maintenance techniques while respecting traditional practices and the aesthetic profile. As an integral part of our renovation and restoration activities, we take care of all ordinary and extraordinary building maintenance works.
These include, among others, the repair, renovation and replacement of interior and exterior finishes, decorative elements, guttering (gutters and downpipes), high tide pools and septic tanks.
