Brunello Cucinelli, San Marco (Venice)

The work involved the complete securing and preparation of the construction site, covering and protecting the ceilings and sensitive areas. We built an external plank in Calle Larga to ensure the safety of passers-by during the works. After demolition works, the reconstructions included the complete installation of travertine stone flooring on the ground floor, lending timeless elegance to the spaces. Parquet flooring was added on the first floor to enhance warmth and refinement. A new staircase, with travertine steps and a bronzed glass railing, was created following the meticulous design guidelines of Casa Cucinelli, representing an element of great visual impact. The marmorino walls were carefully restored, while new marmorino and Clay material walls were laid from scratch, blending perfectly with the overall aesthetics of the store. To ensure accessibility, a travertine-covered platform for wheelchair access - equipped with a retractable mechanism was installed, demonstrating the brand's concern for all visitors. Among the numerous works carried out, the modification of the internal layout on the first floor allowed the creation of dedicated areas for both customers and staff, improving the functionality and efficiency of the spaces. The result represents Bergamo Construction’s commitment, bringing to life the extraordinary vision of Casa Cucinelli's design team. This project not only respected the historical integrity of the location but also introduced a contemporary and refined design, in line with the quality and craftsmanship values of the Brunello Cucinelli brand.
