The load-bearing walls were subject to meticulous intervention, including the construction of new reinforced concrete beams and custom load-bearing lintels, followed by plaster restoration to ensure a flawless finish. To ensure structural stability, several consolidation interventions were carried out, including the "cuci-scuci" masonry technique, along with careful reconstruction of the masonry to preserve the building’s authenticity. Attention to detail was crucial, with custom masonry work returning the structure to its original beauty. During the restoration, the roof underwent a complete renovation, including the removal of the pre-existing covering. The wooden support structures, including the trusses and laminated larch beams, were replaced to ensure the roof’s stability. Finally, after laying the planking and installing the waterproof membrane, the roof tiles were repositioned, completing the roof restoration with craftsmanship and care.
