Private home, Santa Croce (Venice)

The building presented some static issues, which were resolved through targeted wall consolidation works, while the roof was completely redone to ensure its stability and durability over time. The restoration also involved repairing the facade plaster, which had shown signs of degradation. This work was carried out with care, preparing the substructure carefully and applying new plaster to restore the building’s original appearance. Due to the building's location, with two sides facing the canals, it was necessary to use cantilever scaffolding over the adjacent canals, highlighting the attention and care given to safety during the works. This intervention restored the Santa Croce residence to its former glory, preserving its unique history and charm in the Venetian context.
