For the project, cantilever scaffolding was installed using a specific method to overcome the logistical challenges posed by the adjacent canal. This technique allowed us to work effectively on the various facades of the condominium, from the alley to the inner courtyard and canal side, respecting the surrounding environment and minimizing disruption to residents. In addition to the facade restoration, interventions were also carried out in the common areas, aiming to improve their functionality and appearance. These works were carried out with the same care and attention to detail that characterize all our projects, ensuring that every modification respected the historical character of the building and the current needs of its inhabitants.
