Palazzetto Albrizzi, Sestiere San Polo (Venice)

After carefully removing the deteriorated material layers, the substructure was prepared, which was essential to ensure the new plaster adhered perfectly. This meticulous approach not only renewed the aesthetic appeal but also provided better protection against the elements. At the same time, taking advantage of the scaffolding already in place for the facade work, the roof covering was restored, optimizing time and resources while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area. This targeted intervention not only improved the roof’s durability and insulation but also significantly contributed to restoring the architectural image of the palazzo, respecting the aesthetic harmony of Venice's urban fabric.
