Impresa Costruzioni Bergamo was founded in 1976 when Luciano Bergamo, an entrepreneur specialised in the construction sector, decided to set up his own company. At the beginning, it dealt mainly with ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and did so from its first location in Mestre. Over time, however, orders became more and more complex, and the company evolved: the offices were moved to Venice, which became the hub of building renovation services for prestigious properties, still our main activity. In 2006, we moved to our current headquarters: a dilapidated building that has been entirely refurbished, where over 30 professionals work, still led by the company’s founder.
Advanced technical skills, high-level craftsmanship and a network of selected, experienced collaborators allow us to offer a service of excellence. In fact, we collaborate with historical companies of the territory, which we can call upon for highly qualified work such as artistic restoration, laying of precious coverings, realisation of customised structures, and much more. We work side by side with local design studios and internationally renowned architects for the restoration of historical buildings in the Venetian area, both as project partner and as General Contractor. A dual modality that allows us to meet the needs of each client for all types of intervention, from localised rehabilitation to partial restoration and complete renovation.
Our goal is customer satisfaction with maximum operational efficiency. That is why we independently manage administration, logistics, storage and transport with our own boats for the movement of staff and materials in the Lagoon.
Our team is made up of qualified technical managers, specialised workers and site safety officers: figures that enable us to plan, coordinate and manage every aspect of the work.
To ensure continuity and punctuality, we dedicate vertical teams to each project based on specific needs. But we are constantly sharing information and experience on the different construction sites to systematise them and develop increasingly effective ways of working.
The technical area, which has always been the beating heart of the company, also supports the designers with its expertise regarding the architectural and regulatory constraints specific to the area.
Our technical and administrative staff are also trained to deal with international contacts and are fluent in English and French.

When necessary, we directly engage and coordinate the best specialised companies in the area. We are your single point of contact for everything concerning the construction site and the workers involved, but also for the economic, administrative and legal aspects.
