We carry out spot renovations, such as wall consolidations, high tide retaining tanks and septic tanks, and re-roofing; but we also carry out complete renovations, from plastering facades to interiors, to give a new face and new life to Venice's historic residences.
In agreement with the owners and their contacts, we create spaces that are totally renewed in distribution and conformation: if the project provides for it, we build structures such as staircases, mezzanines and floors; or we restore pre-existing ones in a philological manner, enhancing their aesthetic qualities.
To complete the job, we take care of the installation of window frames and coverings, using traditional techniques (marmorini and terrazzo alla veneziana) and modern grafting. Thanks to a network of trusted manufacturers with a dedicated warehouse already in place, we guarantee the continuous supply of classic and high-quality materials. Alternatively, we can coordinate the customer's suppliers and skilled workers.
The same applies to interior and exterior painting in which, when necessary, we involve some of the most established companies in the area.
